Gaudet Association, Inc. was commissioned as Owner’s Representative on two (2) projects for Sailfish Point.
The New Fitness/Tennis Building is located west of the existing Aquatics Complex. The new building is designed with the same exterior materials forms to blend nicely with the existing clubhouse buildings. Daylight harvesting techniques, views to the ocean and energy efficiency are also considerations in the forms and orientation for this new building.
The Crossroad’s Café new building is designed to respect the existing clubhouse utilizing established materials including cut coral stone, metal roofing and stucco. The new building is oriented to focus views down the #10 fairway and water feature.
The new Crossroad’s Café building is offered to the members as an additional option. Designed to replace the previous Halfway House which was in need of costly repairs, this new building accommodate more residents stopping in for morning coffee, breakfast and camaraderie. The kitchen is designed to be self-contained and offer a year round expanded menu.
